As far as i know, its a 3 Star hotel, which is non functional as of now. I am not sure about the exact reason – may be some internal disputes.
Are the apartments vastu compliant – especially the 2BHKs in A6 – A wing?
It’s usually difficult to get 100 % vastu Compliant in any apartment projects; and also vastu depends on the individual perspective,

We are interested in dnr Casablanca, however because that will complete in Dec 2021, we are also looking at ready to move in apartments on/near Orr road. Which will you rate better if you compare dnr Casablanca with prestige Sunnyside elm/oak, ivy terraces, jade pavilion and assets east point in terms of investment and end use? Are there any cons you are aware of with respect to Casablanca. We have seen construction of dnr atmosphere and reflections. Do you think the construction is at par with prestige, salarpuria Sattva etc. Thanks in advance.

Construction from DNR will be at par with Cat A Developers like Prestige, Salarpuria etc. Both the location yield same return. If you get good option in Ready to Move property. I suggest you to consider them. If not, You can consider DNR Casablanca.
Thank you Mr Harish. With respect to ready to move in, I am considering prestige Sunnyside elm however the presence of a electricity sub station just behind it is a worry. Do have any idea whether it is harmful to stay so close to an electricity sub station.. also there is some digging happening on the road between elm and oak. Will that become a full-fledged public road in the future?

Also, DNR casablanca started construction or they are just launching bookings ?? Would you recommend a 3 BHK in casablanca vs 3 bhk in any apartment in sarjapur ? White field there are options but i want to stay near by outer ring road. What do you think DNR would provided OC for casablanca ?

The Project DNR Atmosphere has obtained Occupancy Certificate and has come up very well, also you can expect the same with an upcoming project of DNR Casablanca at mahadevapura; yes the builder will emphasize on legal aspects and shall go as per the norms in availing the OC, so need not to be concerned on the same.
As per your requirement, DNR Casablanca would be a good option to go with near mahadevapura area or Rohan Iksha can also be considered if you looking towards marathahalli area.

I am interested in buying a flat in DNR Casablanca purely for investment purpose. I like the location and looks like the value is going to appreciate by the time of possession. I went to their site and observed that they are using porotherm hollow blocks for model flat. Is this the same block going to be used for construction? Are these blocks strong enough to withstand plumbing, electrical fixtures etc? Is the re-sale value going to be impacted because of these blocks? Please help me on deciding for investment purpose.

As of now there is no clarity on the usage of porotherm hollow block on the external walls. May be conventional Cement concrete blocks would be used. we shall update as and when we get the information from the builder management.
