want to know about this project. As there is no surrounding development in this area. What is the appreciation we can expect. Please let me know the credibility of the builder also as it seems to be new builder.

This Project is situated at upcoming location and the distance to the main approach is hardly 1.5 kms, also the yield is good in the long run as the connectivity is easy to the International Airport which is at appx 28 kms distance.
Thanisandra locality and surroundings is expected to grow at 55% by 2020 as per the report, so on an average minimum of 10% YOY growth rate can be expected, also comparatively there are less villa projects in this locality.
Builder back ground is good and is managed by well professionals and also executed few of the projects.

As far as we know the project comes under RERA compliance; so if it is falling under RERA need not to worry on the timelines and security because all the major aspects pertaining to customers concerns shall governed by RERA
