Which do you think is a better property to invest for self stay/resale in future, considering location, quality and other growth prospects – 2bhk in Brigade ElDorado OR 1BHK in Eden Park Prestige smart city.. Both are approximately costing same.
2 BHK is always better than 1 BHK. Both the project will yield almost same ROI in long run.
Although the offered price looks attractive, the room spaces ( dimensions ) are extremely small , looks like some of the bedrooms cannot accommodate more than a single bed , kitchen is hardly 5ft in width , and considering the 2ft counter on one side, there is just enough space for a single person to use it at a time.
The planning could have been better by reducing the total number of apartments in each floor and increasing the carpet area to make it a better place to live in and call it a home.
