My money got stuck with this cheat builder. After waiting for more than 3 years they are not doing the registration. Kept me in dark until I reached India and now after doing follow ups multiple time they are saying can’t do registration

My suggestion would be CSV. Reason being better price & better location.
They also have reduced prices. Without much discussion they are offering 3500 per sq ft. The manager also told me they are in a hurry to finish it and come out of the project. Something is not looking right…

I don’t see anything wrong with this project. Builder might be looking for immediate cash flow; so they might be offering discounts.

As far as I know, club housework has begun. Builder is waiting for more houses to get constructed in the project to go full swing on the construction of clubhouse & landscape work. So that, Plot owners can avoid high maintenance cost.
What I recently got to know is that –
1. There are litigations from Forest dept & State dept
2. Company is under financial stress, clubhouse development is not happening.
Is there any clarity on these points?
There is no litigation in the project . There was a minor issue related to forest department related to some tree cutting but issue has been settled and they got court order . Ask this information from century. Do not spread wrong info pls

Hello Harish, CSV – From 2900/sqft in late 2014 to quoted price of 4000/sqft in 2018.
1. Is this a decent appreciation?
2. Is this appreciation REAL as I dont see any commercial or office developments around.
3. Katha seems to be getting delayed enormously, any reason you are aware of?
4. With the present Govt focus on Mysore and Kanakpura road, Is Devenahalli still sought after locations for real estate?

When considering with other the projects and infrastructure development the price seems to be ok but slight competitive in nature (The price can be bit negotiable), Regarding Khata, not only this project, but other layout projects are facing the same concerns because of reshuffling of govt employees, maybe the issue will be settled down once the election gets over.
Certainly, Devanahalli has a good potential in the long run; one can predict based on the current traffic on the north side as Bangalore airport being one of the busiest airports across Asia.

North Bangalore is for very long term purpose may be atleast for 7 years time frame; and East Bangalore will make you good bet as there are plots available at lesser budget.

I have seen Century sports city, Confident adonis and Orchid Nirvana plots. Cost wise Confident is on a little lower side while CSV and Orchid Nirvana are on higher side. Do you think, 5-8 years down the line, appreciation will be better for Confident because of pricing ? Or, Will there be other factors? Also are there any better choices of plots in Devanahalli ?

We have reviewed both CSV and Nirvana and seems to be better capital appreciation and maintenance of the project; in simple if the project is maintained properly then the chances of appreciations will be more.
