Because of its location, Project is equally good for Capital Gain / Self Use

Ajmera is a decent builder with a good track record & has executed quality work.

You can Consider Embassy Edge / Sobha Dream Gardens.

i am looking for 3 bhk around this area. i have considerations for Kolte patil exente, snn raj greenbay and ajmera nuclues.
what is the price per sqft coming for ajmera ? also how do you see this area growing up in the future ? i am looking for self use rather than for investment.
also which one do you suggest among the above 3 and also prestige sunrise park ? alao buying an aparent among these will be a good investment if i want to sell my aaprtment in future ?

Current Rate / Sq.ft for Ajmera Nucleus is Rs.4410 & which is expected to revise soon.
Electronics city Phase 2 has more scope for residential development when compared to phase 1.
Roads leading to Residential zones at Electronics city phase 1 are bit narrow & you may experience traffic bottleneck during peak hours.
So, I suggest you to consider buying property in electronics city phase 2.
Both SNN & Ajmera are good for self use. If you are looking for ready to move then consider SNN. In case, if you would like to avail pre launch benefit, then go for Ajmera.
