I visited the property and am planning to buy one flat here. Given reviews on internet, I am not feeling very comfortable purchasing. What do you think about buying property now here? They are not providing subvention also now plus they are taking 45% of money on second floor commencement(10,10,15,10) which is very weird. If they dont unit on time, I will end up major chunk of my money blocked.

Can you tell me is it worth buying on WF48? The location, floor plans and everything seems good. But i could see there has been a delay and also while checking on RERA it is registered as Ozone Promenade and not WF48. Is Ozone group a reputed builder? I am not from Karnataka hence all this query.

Ozone Promenade has been renamed as Ozone WF48. No Doubt, Project holds upper hand in terms of location & Floor Plans. But because of financial stress construction work is on hold. I would suggest you make the bookings once the construction activity beings.

No doubt Ozone WF 48 is a great project & developed by well experienced CAT A Developer, but not to compare with Birla Alokya. Because both the projects are positioned in different segments. I would suggest you to consider Birla Alokya In case if you are not location-specific & Not to worry about buying property in Ozone WF 48 as construction is in full swing now.
